Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing POLCD Digital. We strive to provide high-quality TFT LCD solutions. As these are precision electronic components, please review our policy below:

1. Returns & Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

CRITICAL CONDITION: To be eligible for a refund, the display module must be in its original condition. This means the protective film must NOT be removed, and there should be no signs of soldering, scratches, or mounting.

We strongly recommend performing a "Dry Test" (power-on test without installation) upon receiving your order.

2. Quality Standards (Pixel Policy)
All our TFT LCD panels undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Following standard industrial display criteria, a minor number of sub-pixel anomalies (typically 3 or fewer bright or dark spots) that do not affect overall functionality are considered within acceptable professional limits. Such occurrences are not classified as manufacturing defects and are not eligible for a "defective" return or refund. For specific high-precision requirements, please contact our team before placing an order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized display modules (NRE projects, custom backlights, or FPC modifications).

Items damaged due to improper voltage, reverse polarity, or electrostatic discharge (ESD) during customer handling.

4. The Refund Process

Notification: To initiate a return, please email billie@polcd-digital.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our Shenzhen facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).

5. Shipping & Costs

Manufacturer Defect: If the product has a confirmed production problem, POLCD Digital will cover the return shipping or provide a free replacement.

Change of Mind: For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
