1. Origin of Shipment
All orders are professionally tested, packed, and shipped directly from our facility in Shenzhen, China.

2. Processing Time

In-stock Items: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Bulk/Custom Orders: Lead times will be confirmed by our sales team via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with leading international carriers to ensure safe delivery of fragile LCD modules:

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5-8 business days.

Standard Global Shipping: 10-15 business days.
Note: Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the label is created.

4. Packaging
To ensure maximum protection during international transit, all TFT LCD panels are packed using industry-standard protective materials (such as anti-static bags, EPE foam, or specialized tray packaging) and secured within reinforced outer cartons. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of global logistics and prevent damage to fragile components.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
POLCD Digital is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
